Lifting.com sold industrial lifting and rigging equipment through a fragmented catalog on a legacy platform. Buyers were sales reps phoning in orders, dealers running off spreadsheets, and end-customers facing a checkout that didn't know they were tax-exempt. Operations spent more time fixing orders than fulfilling them.
